![]() ![]() ![]() On the packaging, the ELF HD Undereye Setting Powder is described as being ‘Sheer’ but I can’t see that ELF do any other version of the undereye powder but I was surprised to see some very subtle shimmer within the powder. The sifter is covered by a sticker when you first open it, but once you’ve peeled the sticker off it does become quite messy within the pot just like it does with the full size face version of the powder so I’d recommend storing it upright to limit any potential spilling issues. I really don’t like the brush sadly as it’s not very effective for application as it’s so incredibly small, and stiff that it doesn’t blend the powder into the skin so I prefer to use a fluffier brush for better blending. The Vitamin C & K infused formula helps to restore and strengthen skin for a revitalized appearance.įor application, ELF recommend applying after foundation or concealer to set it in place or you can wear it alone for light concealing, by gently sweeping in the undereye area with a small face brush in an upward-outward motion. Even when ELF used to have a UK website a couple of years ago, they never stocked the ELF HD Undereye Setting Powder even though I pleaded with them multiple times as I’d been dying to try it. The ELF HD Undereye Setting Powder £4.50 has been on my beauty wishlist for years but I’ve never bitten the bullet and purchased it via eBay due to the considerable markup. ![]()
